Overall Reading Order

Chronologically, the Love and Laughs series comes before the Redleg Security series.

Love and Laughs is my debut series. Redleg Security is a spinoff series. Either series can be read without the other. However, there are cameos of the couples from the Love and Laughs series in the Redleg Security books. So if you were going to read them both, I’d start at Love & Other Chaos and go through that series and then read the Redleg Security Series (with the exception of Chaos in Cabo. I’d read that after Forbidden Hero).

Spicy RomCom Series

Interconnected standalones following the Amos siblings (aka: Amos-holes). Each sibling has their own story.

Series order:

In Book 5 (Love & Other Accidents), we first meet the bodyguards of Redleg Security and the main characters of Heartbreak Hero (Sue & Leo). So that’s a nice bridge to connect both series.

Chronologically, the Chaos in Cabo bonus short story happens after Forbidden Hero – Redleg Security Book 2 (and there’s a funny Easter egg).

Additionally, CJ and Archer from Love & Other Trouble (Book 4) have a very special part in Ho Ho Oh No, which is Redleg Security Book 7.5. And pretty much all of the Amos-holes have cameos in the Redleg Security series books, including the full Amos-hole brigade in Ho Ho Oh No.

The Redleg Security Series

Spicy Bodyguard Romantic Suspense Series (with RomCom Vibes)

In general, this series is best read in order to avoid spoilers for suspense elements which carryover from book to book.

However, some readers have jumped in mid-series and were able to catch up and enjoy the stories.

Series order:

*Books 5, 6, and 7 comprise the “Unexpected Trilogy” and must be read together. It’s one couple for all three books.

Additionally, Bossy Hero is the culmination of the entire series and it’s highly recommended that you read the prior books so you aren’t confused. It’s entirely possible to only read only that book (my proofer did and she loved it); however, I’d strongly suggest you read the prior books for a richer experience.
